We can deliver more than 70 percent of our pressure reducing valves, float valves, relief valves, spare parts and repair kits within 48 hours. In urgent cases, we can also arrange express shipping. If you are not sure which valve you need, our technical consulting service is available to help. We will assess your requirements and find the right valve for your application. If the right part is not available, we will manufacture it according to your specifications.

Our
development and
manufacturing facility
We manufacture directly on site at our development and production facility in Tönisvorst. Computer-aided development with direct CAD/CAM connection to CNC machining centres ensures consistently high precision and short production times — even for large valve series and custom-made valves tailored to customer requirements. All materials used and certified (red bronze, brass, stainless steel, sealing materials) undergo precise inspection. At the end of our production chain, computer-controlled testing systems ensure one hundred percent functional testing and quality.

Quality withstands pressure
Pressure reducing valves protect installations by reducing and maintaining the inlet pressure of incoming media. Berluto offers a wide range of pressure reducing valves made of stainless steel and red bronze in various designs and for different applications.
Float valves
A market pioneer
Our company history began in 1920 with float valves. To this day, we manufacture float valves made of stainless steel, brass and red bronze. Compared to competitors, they stand out thanks to the special design of the lever transmission.
Relief valves
Relieve pressure once
Relief valves respond to excessive pressure by diverting or returning part of the incoming medium. Berluto offers overflow valves for different requirements and in two designs.
Accessories, repair kits
and spare parts
Berluto designs for long service life. We enable repairs by replacing individual spare parts, assemblies, components, seals, strainers, shut-off flaps and cartridges. You can order the parts individually or in individually assembled repair kits.

About Berluto
The history of our company began in 1917 in Düsseldorf, when the installer Jean Bergner conceived a new float valve. To market his invention, he founded the company “Berluto Schwimmerhahngesellschaft Ludwig & Co.” together with the merchant Ludwig and the installer Toeller. The name was formed from the first two initials of the three surnames. Since 1977, the company headquarters has been located in Tönisvorst on the Lower Rhine.
